The insurance company gave me a choice of several companies. Based on the reviews I chose Paul Davis and team. The manager and workers explained the process and expertly cleaned up the immediate damage. They were professional and thorough.

He refused to start work on the neighbor's condo unit that was damaged in fire until he could start work on my condo unit so that he could save money on the electrician, plumber, ect.. Both units are independent of each other and owned by two separate owners. This prolonged the project which lasted nearly two years. The workmanship was poor and the contractual agreement was not up-kept by Paul Davis Restorations. The kitchen part of the project was not completed and another contractor had to be hired. I would not recommend this company to worst enemy.
