They are one of the best companies I have ever worked with. They always go above and beyond my expectations. I had had a pair of blinds that were ten years old that had broken. I called them for a replacement part and they sent me two new sets of blinds free of charge. I accidentally told them the wrong size, i called and they gladly exchanged them for me. I will use Hunter Douglas Blind & Vertical again.

I would not be opposed to using Hunter Douglas in the future. They sell good stuff and the sales presentations they do are quite good. However, their prices can be something else entirely. I wound up not using them for this job, but I do have upcoming work that I may use them for because I was still impressed with their little sales pitch and their selections.

THEY WERE REALLY GOOD. THEY DID WHAT I ASKED THEM TO DO WITH PROFESSIONALISM. THEY WERE ON TIME LIKE I WAS TOLD. THEY WERE ALSO VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY.
