Maria Lagattuta

We met Maria at an open house she was listing in Pleasantville. We  thought she was nice and not pushy so we decided to look at house around Chappaqua with her.
Most realtors we previously worked with would take us to see a few house and then wait for us to ask for more showing, not doing any work or sending us automated list of houses. They were nice but realtor should add value, not just collect commission. Maria on the other hand was looking everywhere in Westchester for us and sending us what she thought were the best houses for us. When we decided to move the search closer to the Hudson Valley, she continued to help us and show us house, even if it was a little bit away from her base in Chappaqua area. She gave us impartial feedback on houses. We never felt we was fake and trying to push things on us like so many other brokers.
We made a high bid on a house in Irvington and Maria told us we were overbidding for the square footage. Another sign she is trying to do a good job and not all about commission. After Maria helped us get the price down we finally bought this house.
I definitely recommend Maria, she is likable, dedicated and looked for our best interest.
