They were fantastic each and every step of the way. They worked efficiently, professionally, and were incredibly fair about pricing. There are 3 brothers who own this company Ralph, Rudy and Robert. They are wonderful to work with and one of them was on site almost every single day. They always were here when they said they would be and their work was meticulous. Every person who has seen this renovation is amazed at the quality of the work they did. They kept the job site clean, were respectful of neighbors and are exactly the kind of people you want if anything goes wrong. Early on, in the winter, when construction first started a water pipe from the street burst because of the frozen temperatures. Water was streaming into our basement. The brothers stayed until 10 o clock at night making sure that Con Ed closed off the water supply and they not only cleaned all the water out of our basement and made sure everything was dry so that construction could continue promptly, but they checked on our neighbors as well and helped dry out any outflow of water, brought in drying fans . . . Even my neighbors were impressed. This is really just one example of their special attentiveness. They gave us a very fair estimate and they stuck to it. The only changes were for new things that we added and in one case an unexpected volume of trash that had to be removed because of extra packaging on things I ordered. No one was ever idle. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with at every turn. They worked hard, they worked consistently, they worked efficiently and their work was outstanding. I always felt that they were giving my house the same attention they would give their own. They really take a lot of pride in the quality of their work and all of the woodworkers, plumbers, paijnters, HVAC people and the architect they recommended were wonderful every step of the way. They dealt with the Department of Buildings, made everything conform to code, and they did an incredibly involved renovation on time and on budget. I can't say enough good things about them. There was never a time when I had to ask them to fix something. If a tile was cracked it was being replaced before I could mention it. If a spot was missed, it was being addressed before I had a chance to even say anything. They work entirely from word of mouth because they are so good. Some projects they are currently doing are work on a Greenwich estate, a floor-through Manhattan renovation in a luxury building and several projects on Brooklyn and Long Island.
