BEDFORD POOL SCAPES

Not good! Their competency level is inadequate . Response time is slow .

Our pool collapsed in  the winter of 2010.  During 2011 we got three estimates from pool contractors to demolish the pool.  Bedford was mid-priced, but we went with them because their reputation was well established and they were up-to-date on their licensing.  We were a small project for them.  They offered to handle all of the regulatory paperwork, but I did as much as I could to expedite the job so they could fit us in easily.  I put a deposit in on February 9,2012 and they finished the job by the 15th.  A pool corner almost touched a corner of our house's porch, so I was very concerned that the porch foundation might be damaged.  They used hand labor to make sure that did not happen.  They were also careful not to damage the electrical cord that powered the pool pump.  My only complaint with their work arose out of the fact that I did not specify what kind of fill to use (it did not drain well) and it did not settle down.  Severe thunderstorms sent streams of water against the house and normal storms created pools of water in our yard.  I started looking to have a contractor remove some of the fill after school started (including Bedford Poolscapes).  It might cost two thousand more to replace some of the fill.

THEY ARE EXCELLENT, RESPONSIVE AND VERY POLITE ON THE PHONE. THEY COME OVER QUICKLY AND ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL. WHEN YOU CALL THEM WITH A PROBLEM, THEY KNOW YOU BY NAME AND ARE OVER TO YOUR HOUSE IN AN HOUR.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM, AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN MYSELF. THEY'RE A GOOD COMPANY ALL AROUND.
