Project took double the estimated time and, of course, the price increased. After all said and done, we had major problems with the install that this company refused to address. They are terrible with returning phone calls. I had to hire another company to finish/fix the job. I would Never use them again and could never recommend, especially for a large job like this.

I tried on numerous occasions to speak with them on the telephone, no one ever answered.  I went to their store to get information about a fireplace insert. I was given several brochures about nice inserts. I left my number with them and they never returned my call.  My husband and I went back to their store about a week later, after my husband emailed all the pertinent information about our request.  The first thing one of the owners said to us was that "we don't do any more work at you condo complex, it is too much trouble."  But he did say that the other owner would get back to us, because he was the one who deals with these installations.  He never called us back.  My husband finally got the other owner on the phone, and he also said that they would not do any work at our complex. We wasted several weeks trying to get some answers from them.  Not only were they unresponsive, but when we finally met with them they were extremely rude and unprofessional.  The complex we live in has over 2600 units.  Not every installation or job they do will be "easy."  They have lost many potential customers, since every unit has a fireplace and many owners are looking to get an insert for supplemental heating.
 
 

It was a complete disaster.

They are extremely responsive. When we have had problems in the past they have tried each time to talk through a solution on the phone, rather than charging me for a service call. This time the solutions weren't working. They came the next day, as promised, and got our spa working in short order. He had all the parts needed on hand, explained everything, and was happy to bill us. Great people.
