Absolutely terrible experience! Here it is mid September when the lawn should be at its peak. The time of year when Lawn usually is glorious. It looks worse than it did in the middle of the winter. The shrubs have been treated at the cost of thousands of dollars, and they are back in the same condition they were in the spring. My credit card is burning up with charges that I have not authorized. I have had others in the past, lawn Dr., Trugreen, etc. all disappointing, but at least upfront about their billing and their charges.

Easy, knowledgeable arborist came to give quote and broke it up to easily pick the services I was interested in. It took quite some time (a month or two) for them to actually come out and perform the service, but it was a very seamless and professional job.

The absolute worst. Did nothing for my lawn, had a huge amount of excuses. Very expensive, rarely showed up on time to deliver applications. Great billers -- you've never seen a company bill so well for such lousy work. The alltime worst.

Do not hire them for the lawn, they do not know what they are doing and it is all cookbook. My lawn looks worse at the end of the summer than it did in the spring

The gentleman who came for the estimate was great, friendly and knowledgeable. Hi price was reasonable for the work to be performed.. The two gentlemen who came to do the work were friendly, and professional. They introduced themselves, and were prompt, amd professional. they did the job well and cleaned up afterwards.

Showed up when the job was scheduled. Completed timely and cleaned up everything. Highly recommended.

only rating on the consultation. the work is scheduled for a couple of weeks so i cant rate on that. the gentleman was knowledgeable and was available the very next day. he took his time to explain. kinda expensive but you get what you pay for.

The overall work was not bad. However the sales person who set up the job was not professional. First he called me back after giving the estimate and told me he had to increase it. Second he was told he could only have his crew pull behind my house up to a certain point because of my septic and they disregarded that and drove over my septic. Thirdly and most importantly he was rude to my wife. I won't be using Sav A Tree again. I actually told my in laws to call them to get an estimate on work and they didn't even call back.

I've just signd on for a 2nd year with SavATree. I've found them to be very professional. I use SavATree for tree and plant care in addition to their lawn maintenance service. I've also hired them for some additional tree pruning work outside the scope of my annual contract. They are not the cheapest out there but for the price you pay you do get very good service. The arborist who services my account, Chad Otrosinka, is very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. He will work with you to create the best care plan for your property. Overall I'm pleased with the service they have provided thus far and would highly recommend them.

Chad was fantastic. Great job for a great price. They did a few jobs for us and will be doing more in the future.

Came when scheduled and removed parts of tree that overhang roof of house as I requested. Will have to wait until Spring to make sure tree survived its trimming.

I needed a limb trimmed. The serviceman was very professional. Not at all pushy. The work was completed as scheduled and cleaned up well.

Spent the time to explain his recommendations; very fair price and very neat job (removed a large tree behind our deck).

excellent. called immediately and then sent someone around same day for an estimate. price was great, lowest of all quotes. Was able to communicate via email. They came around the next day while I was at home and completed the work, and sent bill a couple of days later. Couldn't have been smoother and definitely recommend

They were excellent. We were originally told that we would need to cut down one of our favorite trees. Sav-A-Tree came in and assured us that with some simple trimming the tree would be fine. So far, so good. Great pricing, and very professional service.

Outstanding - they sent an arborist to perform the assessment and provide the estimate giving me piece of mind that I was doing the best for my lawn.
