Prompt service. They gave me a price quote within minutes of my arrival. No appointment necessary. They made an appointment within one week of the estimate. The job took a day and a half. They also work within your price range. They are more than willing to replace all parts with new ones if going through insurance or if paying out of pocket they will repair while having the car look like new. I support his family run business.

This is the best body work that I have ever had done on a car.  The paint on this Ford is blue metallic and I think it's hard to blend that really well - but I can look at the body work in full sunlight and not see any indication that there was a repair done.  I'm pretty fussy about this kind of stuff.  Vinnie even did a little bit more than we had agreed upon and kept to the original estimate.  This is not a discount shop - but you really do get what you pay for, and I this is absolutely top notch work by a polite and professional staff.  Highly recommended.

This was the first time I was involved in a car accident and I was very upset and stressed.  I had just leased a beautiful new Acura ILX Hybrid a few weeks prior to getting rear-ended by an SUV on my way home from work.  My beautiful new car (that still had temporary plates on) had its rear left bumper, rear panel, rear door and rear wheel damaged.    I was referred to Northern Westchester Autobody by my car dealor at Acura of Bedford Hills.    After meeting with Matt at Northern Westchester Autobody I was immediately put at ease.  I decided to have them repair the damages to my car.  Matt made all the arrangements for me. He spoke to my insurance company and arranged for an adjustter to see & photograph my car.  He then drove me to Hertz and putting me into a rental car.   After dropping my off at Hertz,  Matt then took my car over to Geico's claim adjuster to have them inspect the damages.    I did not have to do any of this leg work ... This not only saved me time off from work to do all this running around .. it save me all the added stress.  All this was done the same day I took my car in for an appraisal.  I was so impressed and so relieved.   Within a week my car was made to look brand new.  No one could tell that it was ever involved in an accident.  My car looked beautiful!

Recently I scraped the paint off the  front side of my car when I backed out of my garage.  I immediately brought my car to Northern Westchester Autobody ... I didn't even think of having anyone else repair my car. 
I would recommend this autobody shop to anyone who wants a reliable, honest and fair Autobdoy Shop that does impeccable work.

They worked with my insurance very well.  Nice people, responsive and respectful.  All went smoothly and work was excellent. I recommend them to anyone nearby. Good prices.
