The service from NORCO is top notch, and they are very friendly. The sad part is that their oil prices are higher than many of their competitors. I wish they offered more pre-purchase plans and better oil purchasing options. Nonehtless, I'm sticking with them for now.

Norco is one of my favorite vendors I've found since moving to my new house. I've had them three times already due to problems with my furnace, needing an oil refill, and a general cleaning/inspection, and they're always super responsive and reliable. They usually come within an hour of calling them, and they're very helpful and nice. They don't even ask me to pay them when they come - they tell me to call the office and they'll send a bill. It's like working with a trusted old friend - I know this company will take care of me for the long haul. Thanks Norco!

I am very happy with them. They deliver oil and also do heating and plumbing work. I had a problem with the controller on the oil burner. They came out and told me what to do. I ended up fixing it by myself. They did not charge me anything for it. They were very professional. I will continue to use them in the future.
