I ASKED THEM TO PULL IT OUT AND BRING IT OUT TO THE FRONT LAWN, AND THEY DIDN'T WANT TO DO THAT. EVEN ON THE PHONE THEY SAID THEY WOULDN'T. I KNOW WHAT IT WAS. THEY SAID IT WAS SOMETHING ELSE. THEY DID SOMETHING WITH IT, AND IT WORKED FOR 4 HOURS. THEY JUST WANT TO SELL A NEW TOILET, AND I DIDN'T WANT A NEW ONE. I HAVE ONE OF THE OLD NON-SAVER ONES.

THEY ARE ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT. WE FEEL LIKE WE CAN ALWAYS RELY ON THEM. WE HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR 13 YEARS. WHEN IT COMES TO SERVICE IN REGARD TO PROFESSIONALISM AND RESPONSIVENESS THERE IS NO COMPARISON.
