It started off very well. He is easy going and personable and his prices were very fair. As work progressed various issues developed and ultimately he ended up costing me a ton of money, relative to the size of the work he was hired to do. My front door was never installed correctly. It did not stay closed unless it was locked. The door was re-installed and the issue remained. The weather stripping was not done well causing a drafty door in the winter. My skylight started leaking shortly after installation. The roofer hired by DPD came back a couple of times after considerable prodding and he was unable to fix it. Finally Dom decided to fix it himself and he put down a LOT of tar expecting this to really seal it up. That was a terrible mistake. While water did stop visibly coming in, the leak was not truly fixed, just masked. Water was still getting under the roofing, I just didn't know it because it was seeping under the plywood and making its way down my ceiling to the exterior wall in my closet. By the time water was coming in visibly in the bathroom, I had a terrible mold problem requiring a thousands of dollars to resolve. As soon as the damp sheet rock was taken down, the smell was so bad we needed to move out while the repairs got done.

They proprietor is not accountable. I've paid my bills and discovered that I was charged for services that were not completed. The proprietor admitted to me that he doesn't look at the bills and what has been done. He is very unprofessional. His subcontractors overcharged me for things they did not do, and did not fix the problems when I brought them up. They did not wire my septic pump like I had paid for and I was completely taken advantage of. I paid for insulation that was never put in. I now have to hire a different company to complete the job. My paint is already peeling and the finish on my flooring is coming off. Both of the contractors for these projects have been impossible to get in touch with. There's a gap in my kitchen cabinets and there is a stream of cold air coming through it. I asked if he insulated the area and he said he didn't even know. The people in the office are very rude as well. My faucet in my laundry room was not bracketed into the counter top and it jumps around. I asked for it to be mounted and he said he couldn't send a plumber over since the repair was too small.
