Laura looked at my measurements and told me I'd need 3 double rolls. She also told me to wait to paint the room until I received the wallpaper, as every dye lot is different. The wallpaper arrived; we chose a color and painted the room; the wallpaper installer came and told us we didn't have enough paper. Back to Wallauer's. Laura told us we couldn't get another roll from the same dye lot, nor could we return the three rolls we'd already purchased. Plus we'd have to pay an additional $45 in shipping for the 4th roll we needed to complete the job. I suggested Wallauer's ought to at least pay our extra shipping costs due to her miscalculation. She refused. The next time I need to buy wallpaper, I'll do it on the Internet. I'm all for supporting local merchants, but not ones with sloppy and unapologetic service.
