Churyk did an excellent job. Communication from the initial phone call through post-job follow up was great. They were straightforward about everything and we were able to get through any key questions or issues. Installation was smooth. The job was done very professionally from soup to nuts. Very thorough. Churyk also left the job site clean and in good shape....often a rare occurrence. The work wasn't cheap but I believe it was fair. With critical home systems like water, I believe that quality and trust are more important than just finding the lowest price.

Excellently done, by two very nice and professional guys! And when it was all done they cleaned up nicely.

I woke up with no water, the well pump had quit during the night. One phone call and I had a same day appointment and that afternoon I had running water back. They were prompt, courteous and professional.

We have well water and had a smell coming from the water for some time now. I expected them to do a thorough inspection of the well. They were reluctant to do that and just wanted to sell us new filtering equipment. They never sent us an estimate even though they promised to and have never heard from them again. All they did was pour chlorine down the well for quite a lot of money and the smell came back in just 5 days.

Our 20 year old well pump died (they are apparently only expected to last 15 years). The well is quite deep (380 feet). Had never had any experience with anyone in this field, we got Churyk Company's name from a plumber we have had very good experiences with (Steve Buglione). They came the same day, due to some logistical issues (the well head is right below the power line coming into our house, so the power needed to be turned off to the house while they were working), they had to come back the next day. They arrived first thing the following day and were done by early afternoon. Came in at low ened of estimated budget. I have no idea how their price compares to others, but in terms of professional service and responsiveness we are extremely satisfied. Would definitely use them agagin and will recommend them to others.

Sergei came back and shocked the well for testing for bacteria. While we are awaiting the results he assured me they will do whatever is necessary to fix whatever needs to be done. I cannot recommend them any higher. They stand alone for their professionalism and kindness.

Working with the Churyk Comany was wonderful. Their workmanship was top notch. They were knowledgeable, fast, responsive, competitively priced and incredibly clean and neat.  They even relocated our water softener in the process to help improve the use of the space once the old and large tanks were removed.

I have well water, and suspected that the water softener was not working right. I called Churyk and from the time they answered the phone to job completion I felt that I was in good hands. Sergei, the owner came the next day and discovered that the softener had been shut off. He then tested my water and found that it was acceptable and did not try to sell me anything. I replaced it anyway because I had had problems in the past and added some additional filters. The new unit is much more durable and it turns out my old one used way too much salt. During the job he found that the old water tank was rusting in several places. Rather than wait till I had a flood I decided to replace it, which he was able to do the same day and passed on the savings to me. The price was very reasonable and the work was completed in the most professional and timely manner. If you are looking for a company that does business like every customer matters this is the company for you.

From the first phone call to the completion of the service, Churyk Company did fantastic job. We had received quotes from other companies, and their pricing was pretty much on par with everyone else. What really stood out for me is that they did not try to up-sell us to something we did not need. Going in we were convinced that we needed a big expensive Reverse Osmosis water filter to get drinkable water from our well system. Sergei explained that if our existing filters were working properly, we should have great drinking water. They performed some minor repairs and set up the softener correctly and sure enough, great tasting water! Sergei and his team were extremely professional. This is the first well system we have ever had and they answered all our questions patiently and completely. With all the snow, we've had, the basement door was snowed in. They even shoveled a path the the basement door! Very few companies I have dealt with would be willing to go that extra mile. We are new to the area and we are so happy to have found someone we can trust with one of our homes most vital systems! I would rate them an A+ if it were available.

Don't need complete satisfaction? Don't mind mechanic entering your home without you present? Then the Churyk Company is for you. The system never worked properly and on the last "service" call, Mr. Serge Churyk said all OK and it was not. After many emails and no offer to follow-up or adjust charges, Churyk wanted nothing to do with us.

Our pre-purchase house inspection report showed high levels of coliform and radon, so I put this job out to bid. Not only was Churyk's price reasonable, they were the most knowledgeable and thorough of the companies that we talked to. We now have soft, safe water from a great well system. Serge completed the job on time and did an excellent job. I would use them again without reservation.

They are always courteous and professional, and make sure I know how the system works and how to maintain it.

When our water suddenly stopped working on a Saturday afternoon our regular well service provider was not answering their phone or returning my message. I found Churyk on Angies list and got a call back within 15 minutes of leaving a message with their answering service.

Serge from their Bedford office came over in about an hour he diagnosed the problem and stayed until dark to start changing out our old well pump. He returned at 9 am Sunday morning and finished up.

Prompt, professional, explained everything, and was more than accommodating on a Saturday evening/Sunday morning.

Price seemed fair especially considering weekend labor rates.

Mr Churyk installed the pump when our house was originally built, and we have used his company for service and repairs for the last 10 years. They are always very honest, knowledgeable and professional.

Mr. Churyk came to see the problem. He arrived exactly at the time that he said he would. He almost immediately emailed an estimate to me. I asked him to go ahead with the work. Again he came exactly as he said that he would and completely the work in the most excellent manner. I was more than pleased, as another contractor had done some work on the pipe and didn't fix it. I wish I had gone on Angie's list to begin with and found Mr Churyk. I could not be more pleased with him, his crew and his work.
