The railing looks great, is strong and attractive and will last forever (I expect).  Dealing with David was easy as he was helpful, experienced and understanding.  It was a bit pricey, but it looks great.  Their website could be improved.  We went to another site to see the many variations that are available.  Railings come in many shapes and variations and can be stunning.  Also, they could have done better in one area.  The railing is higher than I would have liked it.  Code requires railings to be from 34" to 38" above the stair nosing.  They put this one at 37" above the nosing.  This is an uncomfortable height for older family members who need it, who are 5' tall.  It would have been better to have a discussion and to have gotten a railing at 34" or 35".  Since the railing is going to be there for a very long time, it would be better if it were not uncomfortably high.
