VERY well! Entire renovation of the home was a protracted affair over nearly 6 months due to OTHER issues - nothing to do with them; they waited patiently on each subcontractor; worked well with each sub regardless of how well the other sub might have been working or if they were on-time themselves; the addition of the coils were a late addition after the plumber and architect finally sat down together at the house and talked it out; ALM came back and installed everything they needed; worked with the rigging company to get the fans up to the third floor and got the system running right afterward. Not my first time with ALM, I went with them for my home because they did such a great job at my business - 3 years now and not single issue; couldn;t recommend anyone more

AC unit in attic leaked and ruined ceiling.  ALM installed this entire system for approximately $65000 six years ago.  It has overflowed twice:  the first time I asked ALM to work it out with the painters who were painting, figuring out they could come to a fair price; and did not ask for any payment for ruined antique chest.  Stuff happens.  I am scrupulous about getting unit serviced every spring.  Mark comes out and services.  Pan overflowed and ruined ceiling again.  I am understandably upset but certainly not yelling or swearing.  I called ALM, left message expressing my dismay at this happening AGAIN.  Mark called back, was abusive, nasty, threatening and refused to service the unit again.  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.  They do a lousy install. They don't stand behind their work; they don't service it; they don't respond to complaints.

ALM were great to work with! Very professional and flexible. Would highly recommend.

They did a prefect job. They were neat, they were here when they said they would be, they were reasonably priced, and they have been back every year to check up and change the filter. They couldn't be nicer. They are a lovely group and trustworthy.
