The carpet looks great!  It was really nasty looking and smelly when I called them, due to a dog soiling accident. Although I wasn't aware of the delivery charge, it was no problem, as they did a wonderful job. Would definitely call them again!

They're very efficient. We've been using them for ten years. We have pets, so that makes it extra challenging. They do a very good job. We have a contract with them, so they give us a discount for a twice-yearly cleaning.

They responded to my call right away. Quoted me a price over the phone. Had the best price compared to 3 other carpet cleaners. So good in fact I had a second carpet cleaned. Did a great job and had the carpets done within the week. Very pleased and plan to use them for other services.

Excellent job, cleaned my very expensive wool rug (that my dog had a accident on) Came out great! Very good work. Also picked up rug and delivered back to me with no problem.

ROYALTY CARPET CLEANERS DID AN EXCELLENT JOB CLEANING MY CARPETS. THEY WERE A LITTLE EXPENSIVE BUT VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT. THE WORKERS WERE VERY CAREFUL WHEN MOVING FURNITURE.
