While he initially reached out to me quickly, I waited two and a half hours and he said he would be here at 4:30 and then at 7 when I had not heard from him I texted him and he texted me back apologizing and letting me know he had to put his van in the shop.

"My vehicle was already in the shop. I was trying accommodate you with same day since it was your preference. I also offered you next day service as a option which you stated would be ok but prefer day of. Unfortunately my van was not going to be ready until the morning I made you aware as soon as i was made aware, then in which you decided to go elsewhere."
