"I'm very disappointed with the review you have given us. During our first encounter on Friday, I had moved other customers around to help you out with your emergency situation of a toilet, not flushing due to a full tank. We waived the emergency fee of $125 and sent a truck right out to help. You were charged $265 for that pumping. The next day your assistant called us back and said that she would like to make an appointment to get two tanks pumped on that same property. I had arranged for it to be done sooner than what I had available for our own customers because we understood that your original problem is your leach fields are not working properly."
"Thanks for the great review, we truly appreciate it."
