OMG he was the best. I have lived in my home for 40 years and over the years I have had contractors do many jobs, from roofing to decks, to renovating, etc and in all those cases they either didnt finish the job or did a poor one. Mr. Loncto started gutting my master bathroom and was so neat when he had to hall the debri. When I looked in the dumpster I could not believe how neat he was placing the garbage. That was a sign that over all he would be outstanding. I wish there was a word stronger than outstanding. He was honest, thorough and punctural. He was fair in his price, not realizing what a big job this would be. When you open the walls of a 40 year old home, there are many surprises. He took them in stride and continued. He did just a great job and stayed to the end. I stay this because I have had bad experiences with contractors that dont finish. Not Mr. Loncto, he dotted every I and crossed every T. He worked so well with our plumber Holliword Mechicanical. If you need a contractor do not hestitate because you will not regret it. He is one of a kind.
