At JonCar Realty we pride ourselves in making dreams come true. Our office is located on the east end of Main St. in the middle of the historic district of Beacon, NY. JonCar Realty is locally owned and operated allowing us to provide the same services as large corporations with the personalized touch that produces results. Principal Broker, Jon Miller, is part of six generations in Dutchess County. Jon is an established real estate investor with a family background in construction, allowing all of JonCar Realty clients to benefit from his firsthand knowledge in real estate investments, rehab & resale of properties, as well as rental management. Yes, I recommend this pro
We worked with Kelly Pomarico at JonCar Realty and were incredibly happy with her.  She was so easy to work with, not pushy at all, and never rushed us when looking at homes.  She was VERY responsive to all questions both via phone and email.  She went way beyond the call of duty by picking us up a the train station and touring homes when we could not make it and emailing us pictures. She was also very helpful during the negotiation process.  Overall, a wonderful experience and would work with her again!
