Wonderful!  Contractor was wonderful with my son and was prompt and professional.  He did quality work and we hope to have him back again for windows in the future!

Home Depot Inc have various sub-contractors whose names I don't know, but we were very satisfied with them. The windows were done in November, and they started the kitchen in January. The contractors who were hired by Home Depot were very very professional. Even the financing on this one - I had a lower credit limit and right from my house the estimator called their credit department and they bumped up my credit to what we needed and then some. They said well, you might need to buy something else from Home Depot so we'll give you a little more. So the credit department was great, their sales reps figured out ways for us to save money, especially on the windows, and we got everything we wanted at a very reasonable price, I think. The quality of the work was excellent and they make sure everything is right.

They did a very good job.  Purchased through Home Depot.  It was there best door.  It was well done, everything I expected.  I wanted the job done earlier. They were there when they said they would be.

The installation department, always says they will call back when you call to find out the day and time they will be here but they never call back. 

When the door was installed, I wasn't very happy with the product. I didn't like that I would have to take out the screen panel in the winter. When I called the company they came out and put in a new screen door (that I picked out after calling them) and they installed it with no extra charge. They are also very helpful when I come in to search for things.
