Charlotte Guernsey was easily, hands down, the worst real estate agent I have ever dealt with. She did not listen to our needs as we described what we were looking for. She showed us properties that weren't available in the timeline we clearly told her we needed. She was disengaged, condescending and wasted our time. Four years after our interaction with her, and I still actively dislike her for her treatment of us.

Claire Browne worked with us for over a year to find the perfect home. She showed us over 20+ listings and we couldn't have been happier with the experience.
She was always punctual during the showings and worked around our schedules the best she could. She kept in contact throughout the year and alerted us to listings she thought we would like immediately (as soon as they came on the market). She was also honest when showing us houses, which for first time home buyers was crucial.
