FOSTER FLOORING

We visited all the carpet stores in the area and were impressed with the knowledge and assistance we received at Foster Flooring. Both Ron and Glen were very helpful and friendly. They really know their stuff! At other stores, the sales people could offer us little more than "here's what we have." Ron gave us detailed explanations of the differences in the carpet brands and materials and helped us decide which would work best for us. Ron and Glen are very easy to work with. They are happy to let you take your time, look at samples all you want, and answer questions when you have them. No high pressure sales tactics. Once we made up our mind, Foster Flooring ordered the carpeting we selected and made it into an area rug. That went very quickly, and they delivered it in less than a week. They called to arrange a delivery time, and showed up exactly when they said they would. We're very satisfied with our new rug, and our experience with Foster Flooring. It's clear they are very dedicated to providing good customer service. We would definitely buy from them again.

Days before the installation, I received a phone call from Foster Flooring that if is okay to them arrive two hours late. I have no problem with it. I'm happy their professionalism and informed me early. They arrived and removed the old carpet, clean up the dust and sand under the old carpet pad. Once the new carpet is installed, The quality and color are so much different than before. Of course, our dogs are happy too.
In term of select a right carpet, the best way is go to Foster Flooring and tell them your problem and concern, and which type of carpet should be best fit to you. In some point in my past experience, customer's preference or choice or favorite may not a good thing even you love some carpet. That's my advise to all of you. From that day we ordered and installed, it took 2 weeks time.
Even I had a minor issue that i don't know what it is. I called and described the situation to them and they sent a person few days later. That was my new office chair caused it. Then, I was recommended with few options and my office chair should have an office chair pad. Therefore, they did a good job. Overall, I am happy for it.

They are fabulous. They are expensive but they are worth every per penny if you can afford it. When they were doing the flooring they noticed my mother's concrete condo floor was seriously cracked so they fixed it and it looks beautiful. There were two guys who did the whole thing promptly. I highly recommend them; they are fabulous and really good.

They are wonderful and very nice people. They have been there forever. I recommended them to somebody just recently. There was an allowance for the building of the house for different things and we used whatever it was. They have some very beautiful and expensive carpeting. I did go to their showroom. It didn’t matter if you were buying something big or small. They were very attentive, professional and very nice. I think their price is comparable, but I didn’t shop around. The quality of their service was excellent. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

The product was great and the service was really wonderful, but you pay more for it than is anywhere near necessary. We hired them to do my mother's living room/dining room area and entryway. I would have gone with someone less expensive but my mother knows them from when she bought a house 20 years ago and they did the flooring then. So, as an older woman of 73, she wanted to go with who she knew. I personally think that the pricing is outrageous for a click and lock engineered wood. They were completely professional and did a great job but are way over priced.

They are very professional, they helped us move furniture around, very neat, they are very customer oriented, they showed up ontime. They have been in business a long time so they really know how to treat a customer.
