Systematic Control Corporation

I bought a $16000 system from them. They're very expensive but there are so few people who know what they are doing in this industry that my wife and I have decided to bite the bullet and use them. They're very professional, they're very knowledgeable, they're very responsive. They quickly diagnosed them problem when hurricane Sandy came through, our system went down within about three minutes they knew exactly what happened. We had a policy from metropolitan life on our home and because the transformer or something was burnt out it was replaced so you get value for the price you pay, over the service is the value. They're higher than other people but they're knowledgeable and their service is great.

If there is a problem they diagnose it with authority, they timely order and deliver the parts and rectify it. They even came on a Sunday because my wife was freezing and they just didn't want people to be in the household to be cold so they came and installed something, so they deliver. 

They're very very good.

I needed the house heated up, and they helped with that. I have a problem with them, though, because the heat won't go down - I drop the temperature down to 60 at night, and it would go up, according to the thermostat, to 70. I tried to put it lower, but it wouldn't go down.

I didn't have the time to call them every day, and would also forget to call them back about it.

They sent three people out at various times. On the second visit they took the cover off of my radiator and didn't put it back.

The third one who came out said this is the third time they've had to sent someone out and he seemed to be frustrated with it.

Someone came out a few days ago and showed me what to do (he took it off to heat and moved it over to the other side).

I was pretty annoyed about that experience, because the techs got frustrated with me when it wasn?t my fault. I would not recommend them. (I don't remember the price)
