They did an excellent job for our building and were the most competitive with pricing. I'm very happy with the end result and would highly recommend them in the future. We hired them to install a brand new video intercom system to a building in the West Village of Manhattan. They were incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. It was tricky to get access in the summer months, but they were strategic and more importantly helpful in finding ways to get the job done earlier than expected. As a property management company, we love working with companies that we don't have to "babysit" through the entire process. When we work with Speakeasy, we trust them to get the job done and know they will it finish it well. We highly recommend their services.

I am a Partner at a Property Management company in Manhattan that works with ~50 buildings. Speakeasy is my go-to for intercom installations and repairs, as needed. Their pricing is competitive, their work is good, and I always get great reviews from my clients. They are crazy responsive as well. Texts, calls, e-mails; always on point. I absolutely loathe waiting around for vendors to get back to me, especially when my clients are waiting. Not the case here.
