Overall very, very poor. We were left dissatisfied with the work done last summer -- we tried to get the work completed with some satisfaction but they begrudged having to do a clean up and finish -- there were so, so, so many rough edges to this job. Our personal items were used by work men and left damaged and paint stained. It was not a nice scene here when we tried to reach some kind of satisfactory completion of this work. ONE YEAR ON.... I feel it is important to let potential customers know that this summer we are worse off than we were before this company came to do work on our property. The Porch still leaks -- worse than it was before! They painted the deck but it was not treated with a finished surface so this summer it is worse than it was before! Flagstones were power washed and they are in a worse state now. Paint stains all over the place. Repairs were made worse than before they attempted to fix them! And it was a mild winter by comparison. Bad news. Sad to have to leave such a negative review.

John Miller of New Heights was available any time I called. The work was done beyond our satisfaction. Several neighbors have already asked me for his contact information.

I used him extensively to remodel our rental apartment and cement our backyard and install a new garage door. However, when there was a leak in the rental pipes, he never came back to repair it and we had to pay another plumber to do the repair. Also, the railing for the upstairs steps was installed improperly in that the brackets were not installed into studs but rather into the plaster board so it was always lose and kept falling down. We called constantly about it but he did not come to adjust the problem. When we hired a specialist to repair it, we were told about the mistake and they fixed it properly with the proper brackets and it cost $350. I called John Miller to tell him that he didn't have to come anymore and he went off into a rage cursing me up and down. I was completely caught off guard and was completely embarrassed. Needless to say, I was very disappointed by this reaction especially when I gave him most of my pension money for the construction work. Anyway, during his rant he said he was retiring so he didn't care. I sued him in small claims court but on the date of the hearing, I settled with his wife and received an apology from him which indicated that he just had a bad day that time but it took nine months for this conclusion.
