Called them, made an appointment for a pick up. They came, took the unit, and it took a few weeks to get the part. Understandable considering the age of the unit. Once it was fixed, return appointment was made as was delivery. Unit up and running. Very happy with the service.

EXCELLENT SERVICE.  highly recommend.  They were the only business that would attempt to fix an electronic game from 2002.  They were reasonably priced, service was excellent.  the game is in top working order.  Thank you.  You saved my school year.  This is a game my students loved to play at the end of the school year.  They were learning to focus and pay attention while at the same time having fun. I can't thank you enough for your help and at least attempting.  So many people didn't want to be bothered.  I love these neighborhood shops.  Greenpoint business owners are so nice and helpful.  If I ever have any large electronics to fix, I will not hesitate to bring it to you guys.  Thank you again.

I had to take my television to them. The television was working perfectly when we picked it up from their shop. They had completely fixed the problem so I like them.
