Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
I paid her in full. The job wasn't done correctly. Formica countertop is separating, floor tiles are lifting, paint job was incomplete, didn't finish window installation. I wound up having a leak in my basement because they broke the line to my ice maker and repaired it with tape and tubing from a fish tank. I had to have someone else repair the tube. The bathroom grout is chipping off and gaps where the grout is missing. The tiles are lifting on the bathroom floor. The tub's hardware was replaced, and the drain doesn't close properly and allows water to leak out. She is not being responsive to many calls about my complaints. They never show up after saying she would.
