Everything was excellent. One could not have asked for better. I HIGHLY recommend this company and would call upon them again in a second. Not a single complaint on any level. Very nice people, too.

They were extremely neat, reasonable and did a good job. They were not as responsive to my calls that I would like them to be; also they didn't leave any extra paint. I contacted them and left a message about the extra paint and they never got back with me.

Overall it was a very positive experience. They were courteous, friendly and efficient. They came right on time and started right away, with no dawdling. The job took from 8am to 3:30pm and they pretty much worked straight through, taking some breaks here and there. The only gripe I have is that they did not clean up as well as I thought they should. They seemed almost in a hurry to get out. I have always painted my apartments myself in the past, so maybe they were adhering to industry standards that I am not aware of. Still, I would use them again and recommend them to a friend.

We live out of state and the house belonged to a deceased relative. After checking Angie's list, I called Ionic and arranged with Peter (the company owner) to meet my husband and me at the house 2 weeks in the future, when we would be in the city. Peter arrived promptly at the designated day and time, went through the house and give us a verbal estimate.(We received another company's estimate for the painting which was twice as much). We called Peter the next day when we were back home. He faxed us a written estimate as well as proof of insurance. My husband faxed back a signed contract and gave Peter information on how to let his work crew into the house. (An acquaintance came by to check on his work). Ionic completed everything as promised, cleaned up (including vacuuming the carpet and shoveling the front steps!!!). We then mailed him a check for the work. It was a pleasure to do business with this company.

Peter gave me the estimate. I was impressed with him and showed him samples of the five different wall colors and ceiling and trim colors. He chose the exact colors and said that he would arrive at 8 am. He and two workers arrived promptly and began working and never stopped. They were polite, quiet, and experienced painters. Further investigation found more plaster work and a much bigger job in the bathroom than first anticipated, but they went ahead and repaired it. Their work is perfection.

I WAS VERY HAPPY TO SEE MY HOME WHEN IT WAS FINISHED. IT LOOKED BEAUTIFUL. THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB AND THEY WORKED VERY NEATLY AND QUICKLY AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
