Mike was recommended to me by a co-worker who used him previously.  Mike really helped me out when my computer got affected with a virus. I was lost for a solution and Mike was not only able to come up with a solution but also taught me something I had not known previously. I wish I had used Mike about about 6 months earlier to set up my new computer instead of paying the Geek Squad what I thought was an exhorbitant charge. When I have had other questions and problems Mike was able to remotely control my computer and show me how to resolve the problems in the future after he solved him. I highly recommend him for any computer problem you may have.
