Explained procedures secured necessary permits and advised us of our choices of purchase, lease or loan for panels. No Hidden Extra's  Explained the products warranties. Workmanship excellent cleaned everything up job completed on time .Returned all phone calls if we had any questions. Service was extraordinary and respectful to seniors. Would recommend to friend and family
