My family and I are extremely HAPPY with the experience and knowledge thst we got from this company. They came and trimmed my three year old tree and explained how further services will go and how to get my tree to grow the way we want!! This company has the BEST prices and the MOST knowledge of how and why plants/trees grow and do what they do!! Thank you so much for exceeding our expectations! Terrible. They amputated tree limbs instead of pruning. I would say they were supposed to fix the broken finger bone but cut off 2 healthy fingers in the process. Take a look at the before and after photos.

They are excellent. The trees never looked better and I would highly recommend them.

It went really well . Kevin actually came by before our scheduled day to take a branch down that had broken & was hanging over our play set. We were having our daughter’s Communion & we concerned about it falling . He & his men cleaned up wonderfully & just contacted my husband to put us on the schedule to get our stumps grinded. Kevin communicated really well with us & would definitely use K&S again & would definitely recommend them.

Great they did an excellent job.

All went well. Price was good. Crew was on time. Clean-up was good with the exception of the wood chips from the stump grinding.

It was okay. The tree was very large. When the pieces hit the ground there were big holes which couldn't be avoided but I wasn't told about it ahead of time.

The tree removal went okay. Price was good. However I was told they could replant trees where the trees were removed. Called twice, never got back to me. Asked again when they were here and was now told I should decide what trees to plant. Originally was told they would make suggestions and come up with a planting plan. I had asked if they could trim some trees while they were here. Was told they needed the bucket and would come back in two weeks. Never came back to do trimming. Big gullies left in yard where trees fell from cutting but not sure if that was my responsibility to fill in. May use again if I need more trees removed but was not happy that once the "big" job was done that no one got back to me.

The company was amazing. We called them. They came promptly and assessed the damage. They treated our trees and scrubs promptly and saved our entire property. I would recommend them to anyone.

They do an excellent job, arrive when promised, and perform the service. Our trees and how green they look and their growth speak volumes for this care. We would not use any other [ we have used others before - but have finally found a good one in K&S Tree.]

Several years ago we needed this work to be done professionally as our arborvitae are about 30 feet tall. Leaf miners were attacking them. We also have a male & female holly and male and female service-berry getting attacked by scale. Since switching to K & S Tree Care, the pests are under better control. And with their fertilization we had the best growth on our 4 green giants and our hollies and service-berries had the best green leaves and a prolific amount of berries. The arborist, who originally came to give us an estimate, was very knowledgeable. He knew how to address the all our concerns. We didn't want our arborvitae to be topped as they would never have the same shape. He had a solution for that. He had no problem having the arborvitae, green giants, hollies, service-berries, sky pencil, Japanese hollies and dwarf spruce included in the treatments. Although, he would not be the one doing the spraying, he assured me that the sprayer was well trained. We had 4 treatments for this price. The worker always called a day in advance. And if the weather was too hot or rainy, they would reschedule. As the arborist said, he was well trained and very professional. Looking out at our landscape plants makes us very happy to have chosen K & S Tree Care.

I called Kand S Tree service and asked him if he came to Eastern Nassau County, and he said yes.We made an appt. for July 15/14. I took time off from work,and I confirmed the appt. that morning and he said yes he would be there.He never showed up and didn't even call . Not reliable at all. Not fair when someone takes a few hours off from work to keep and appt and the service provider never shows up nor does he call.

We are very pleased with this company. They were on time and professional and we would highly recommend them to others. They seem to be very knowledgeable as our Arborvitae trees have to be treated and fertilized a certain time of year. This company is very responsive and always lets us know if they need to reschedule due to weather or other circumstances.
