Blinds To Go

The process is smooth and seamless.  My wife and I visited the showroom in Bayshore two times over several hours and Rachael and Shannon were excellent at helping us show the various options and help pick out what we wanted.  They were very patient, knowledgeable, not pushy and knew their products.   They helped and took the orders.  I measured myself and they ask that you double-check prior to finalizing the order.   They also confirm and sent copies of your order via e-mail and also the Blind to Go website to track your order.  Also as a first time customer, the company provided additional rebates.  As they committed to, the order was issued and two days later the product was delivered to the store for pick-up.  The items were perfectly made to the measurements and went up very easily.   We got several double sided cellulose shades, an aluminum and several vinyl blinds and a fabric vertical sliding door blinds.  The quality seems good (the pull chain for the vertical is a little noisy but all else seems okay so far).  Colors match the samples, mechanisms seem okay, etc..  I would use them again.
