OMG! This was the best! I've had my share of bad experiences that have made be contractor gun shy, but Ringer Construction has turned it around for me. This was professionalism from start to finish. From the first moment I met George I knew he would be easy to work with. When I asked for X, he said sure X... Compared to other contractors their quotes would say A Q R T... WHAT? Not with George. He listened, heard, told you any thoughts and DID. His team was clean, courteous, professional and NICE. A few times, George said have you considered another approach, we would discuss and decide. Perfect. I hired him for his expertise. On top of everything else my project came out great. I would hire Ringer Construction again and recommend him and his team highly!

George came to our house to give us an estimate on an addition to our home. I had told the secretary when I made the appointment (it took 3 weeks for an appointment, by the way) that it was a small addition. He seemed OK in a pompous, holier-than-thou way and said he would get back to us with an estimate shortly. 6 weeks later and number calls to the secretary have yielded nothing. We've had other estimates and they are all around 20k - I assume this was not a big enough job for him, but he could have told us that, other contractors have told us that up front. Very unprofessional.

he new electrician I am very disappointed with Ringer. They did a $35,000 living room renovation and had some serious problems. Their communication was poor and actually deceitful. 1. They promised that the floor would be level, that we could put marbles in the middle of the room and they would stay there. The floor out of level by more than 1 inch. This was brought up to them while they were on site, but they never addressed it. The floor is still not level. 2. They replaced stairs and the stairs are terrible. The Width had 2-inch gaps that needed to be filled, the length was more than 18 inches too long and almost did not fit in the location. In addition to that they ruined a Cherry newel post and tried to fill it with putty and not tell me. I discovered it and demanded they they replace it, it still took them two attempts to get it in properly. In addition to that they filled holes and tears on the edge with putty - which did not become visible until months later when the Cherry started to turn dark. Now the putty stands out like a sore thumb. 3. Their electrician could not even wire a 3-way light correctly, I had to get another electrician to come fix it - which took the new electrician 5 minutes. 4. The work was being done in February and they broke TWO thermostats and did not offer to replace them. I came home to a cold house and had to run out and get a new thermostat TWICE. It was February so I had to get a new thermostat immediately. This is unbelieveable to me, treating my house as if nobody lived there. 5. They ruined my heating system, which was working fine. Without asking me they changed the flow of my heat, added in more baseboard unstairs (which was not part of the job) and now the heat is way off - it is always too hot. 6. The worst is that they installed a steel I-Beam and did not replace or reinforce the footings. One side is only three quarters on the footing. I mentioned this to them and they put some wood under it and covered it up quickly. It seriously would not surprise me if the beam collapsed one day. They never offered to fix it or make it right, the lead contractor was rude and they just wanted to get out of this job as fast as possible.

George has been remodeling my home since 2001; He has done a phenomenal job. I will be hiring him to do my kitchen next year. His crew is punctual, never miss a day and are there to finish the job. There's something about George that I did not see in any other contractors, nothing phases him, it's never a big deal to do something. He will always make sure the job is done perfect. If anything arises, he's there to fix it. I strongly recommend him for any type of remodeling.

George came to our home to give us an estimate. After leaving, he immediately followed up to let us know that the type of window we were looking for is not available. Unfortunately, his professionalism ended there. He has never called us back (despite calls to his office) regarding our estimate and it has been 5 weeks.

His name is George Ringer, and he did a great job. It was so clean, and he did everything great. He did a fantastic job on my siding. He did a lot of work. He did many things. His workmen were fantastic, and they were real gentlemen. If I had a problem with anything, they repaired it that day or the following day. They came back anytime I called. He did everything really professionally. I told him that I couldn't believe that he did as good a job as he did.
