I am more than thrilled with my experience at REDS Appliances. The staff is extremely warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and I furnished my entire kitchen with their stove, fridge, and even wine fridge. Additionally, I got the best bbq I have ever owned and a washer/dryer set. I?d HIGHLY reccomend this store to anybody who is looking for new (or used) appliances!

I saw reds on Facebook marketplace place. I needed an inexpensive refrigerator replacement. I walked in and saw the inside. I was quite disappointed. But, I was greeted by Geovanna. She was very friendly. I told her what I was looking for. She said let’s check in the back. Let’s just say. It’s quite the impressive inventory they have there. So there were rows of refrigerators by sizes shapes and forms. I found one for a great price. They also deliver and take away your old refrigerator (for a small fee) so I am very happy with my experience at REDS.

Great place for second home appliances. Pre-loved appliances, have been taken care of us for a while. They deliver as well.

While the showroom was small for new appliances, the used and scratch and dent was massive. I did want new though, and needed to see it in person. I found one I liked at a big box store, and the price was good, but I had to double check the measurements for one I hadn't considered. I had one space that was only 29" that had to be passed through without alternative. I called to place the order, and asked if the doors could be removed. I was put on hold given a run-around then told "probably not". I called Amanda at Red's, I gave her the price, delivery price, and the issue with the space, and still being the lovely and kind, and not at all pushy person we met in the store, she gave me a very competitive price, and told me there was NO issue with removing the doors first. A very small fee (compared to big box) for "removal" (in my case, moving to the basement which also involved door removal). The gentlemen that came were WONDERFUL, kind, accommodating. Everything went incredibly smoothly. Ultimately, I saved money even though Red's delivery was a little pricier than the big box, the bottom line price was much better. I will absolutely return to Reds for my next appliance need. I encourage others to do the same! Small, local company is the way to go for a big purchase!
