He did a fabulous job. I would definitely hire him again. It still looks like new.

Pat came out and gave me a reasonable estimate. He was both nice and professional and he was honest about the fact that it might take some time for optimal results, but would come out again in 2 months to re-treat if necessary. Pat was kind enough to delay treatment because a bird had built a nest in an area directly under the roof and later because I had had one side of my house painted and he wanted to wait for a month so that the paint job would not be jeopardized by the process. When all of these obstacles (on my part) had been overcome, he came out with his helpers and the job was done carefully and protectively of my gardens and property. One area of my roof had a build-up of moss and Pat explained that it might take some time for optimal results, as the "cottage cheese" crumbs would eventually disintegrate and blow off. (This has begun to happen). He further stated that he would come out again in two months to evaluate whether further cleaning needed to be done, which he would do at no charge. I would definitely recommend and hire him again.

A quote was submitted promptly and a convenient service date was scheduled. The contractor was punctual (actually, a bit early!). The roof was sprayed with the chemical while extreme care was taken to protect the rest of the house and the surrounding shrubbery. Everything was hosed down and cleaned. After a few weeks of the roof being rinsed by rains, it looks like new! No more dark lines or moss. All in all, prompt, professional and courteous service with very satisfactory results, as promised.

I rarely write reviews, but Patrick is exceptional. He first cleaned our old slate roof in the summer, and we weren't happy with the results. I called him, and he said that it takes time for the dirt, which was previously alive and needed to fall off gradually. He told us not to pay him, and to call him in three months to let him know how it was. Instead of waiting for us to call, he came again in three months and re-treated it. Once again, he said not to pay him, and to wait for April 2016 to see how it was. It is now February and the roof looks amazing. I can't recommend him more highly.

EXCELLENT JOB! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Roof looks like new! Patrick is such a genuinely nice man to do business with. He was honest. He didn't make ny false claims The process went easily and quickly. Just like he said, after a rain, it looked like a new roof Would definitely hire again I WISH HE DID OTHER THINGS AROUND HOUSE so I could hire him again I admire him for paying homage to his dad by keeping his name on the business.

Pat and assistant were here on time and set up their hoses and equipment. One man was on the roof spraying a foam cleaner and the other man was on the ground constantly using the hose to wet down house, windows and shrubs. The whole job took about 2 hours. He said if we have any problems he would come back and resolve it. Well, we had no problems. As a matter of fact, the roof looks fantastic. I could not be more pleased.

It went well. The shrubbery was protected. We were told that within 24 hours there should be no green or black on the roof. The treatment should turn the moss and mold brown, and if we saw any green or black residue we should call them and the would come back and re-treat those areas at no extra charge. There was no need to brush or wash down the roof, since the dead plant material would blow/drop off on its own. This was, in fact, the case. They did a good clean-up.

everything went smoothly from start to finish. I watched how charlie cleaned a roof on his you tube video. I was impressed and called him for an estimate. Very happy with the results. my roof looks like new again.

Excellent results. Removed the ugly mildew stains from my white roof. Who knew that white roofs get ugly? They did a good job and the roof looks 100 percent better. Two year guarantee.

It turned out very well. I thought they were fine. They did what they said they were going to do and they were very clean. They watered the plants underneath were the water was coming off the roof, they made sure my plants were watered so that the salt water wouldn't damage any of my plantings around the house. They came when they were supposed to come. They were very prompt. I really didn't even have to be here, it was all outside. I just happened to arrive when they were in the middle of the job. They were good. It seems to have worked.

I was looking on Angie's list for a roofing contractor to replace my roof, because it was pretty nasty looking. I came across Charlie's roof cleaning and watched his video on utube. Realizing I didn't need a new roof, that I had fungus and parasites up there. I called and got an estimate right away. I hired him because he offers a two year guarantee and the process made sense, no damage to the roof like a power washer would cause. He arrived on time with a group of 3 people. He sprayed the roof with a solution while the others sprayed water on the house and shrubs to neutralize the over spray. The process took about an hour or so, and the property was left neat and clean. The roof looked amazing immediately although Charlie said it take six weeks for full effect. Charlie's Roof Cleaning saved me a good ten thousand dollars as I was going to replace the roof.
