Fifth Ave. Paving did our driveway in Blue Point. They were great for the initial quote and 1st payment to start the work. After that it seemed chaotic and unorganized. There was no real communication especially after the final payment was received. The quality of the work was not what they promised. There were concerns after the work was completed but took at least 2 weeks before we would get anyone to truly respond,. Then the owner himself shows up a day after the scheduled appointment with an attitude and claims all is good with the work and that our concerns are unwarranted. We had concerns about how the water was puddling on what was suppose to be a slight downgrade and severely puddling at the bottom of the driveway skirt. Also these concerns are multiplied when there is freezing temperatures. All things that we were assured would not be a problem when the initial quote was given. These concerns we visually noticeable when it rained. The owner stated he would return after the next rain to see what we were talking about. He never returned and would not return any phone calls or emails. The service and communication is bad. The quality of work that was received is not worth the time, money and aggravation. Once they received our CASH, it was beyond horrible. We wanted to use a Local company to keep local businesses strong. It seems that unless you have a huge Job for them, they don't have the time, accept to collect payment. If I could give a Negative Feedback, I would. One Star is the minimum you can select and be able to leave feedback. Fifth Avenue Paving Inc.,.... Don't forget about the small jobs. We pay good hard earned money for the services you claim and are suppose to provide. We deserve the same respect and service as your big client customers. Lets see if we can now get a response and how long this is kept on this page before it is DELETED by the Page Admin.

Itemized written estimate given so I could review all options and suggestions. Easy to contact with questions and scheduling. I was there for rip out and paving and the crews were easy to work with and cleaned up at end of each phase. A good experience and the work was excellent and looks great.

WE HAVE A LONG DRIVEWAY. IT IS APPROXIMATELY EIGHT HUNDRED FEET LONG. IT IS TO BIG TO HAVE PAVED. I REALLY LIKE THE BLUE STONE. THESE GUYS ARE FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY COME OUT ON TIME AND HAVE GOOD PRICES.

5TH AVENUE PAVING DID A GOOD JOB BUT THE ONE COMPLAINT I HAD IS, THE CREW WAS HARD TO COMMUNICATE WITH. THEY NEED TO BE SURE THERE IS SOMEONE WHO CAN SPEAK ENGLISH ON THE SITE.
