Z Electric

Mahamed from Z Electric came over to look at the problem of my lights dimming and getting brighter and informed me that the problem was that the Main Breaker Box was of a old design and that the old one had aluminum connection that the circuit breakers were connected to and that the problem would be solved with a new up to date breaker box with copper connections and new breakers and the work could be started and completed the very next day and the price would be 2200.00. even which i paid and he did in fact show up the next day and did the work once the work was complete the problem remained the same my lights still went dim and bright over again so then he told me that i needed to completely rewire my home and the price for that would be 11000.00 and i told him i would think about it and let him know in a couple of days but in the meantime i got another electrician for a second opinion who came to see what the problem might be and the first thing he asked me was did i install the new box and components myself and then pointed out all of the out of code connections that was done while putting the panel together and how unprofessionally the work was done and that it would never pass a inspection and that i should in fact contact this electrition and have him redo it correctly or get a refund. also Z electric did not even get a permit to perform the work although the village of Hempstead requires it when i contacted Mohamed to get him to address the issue he became combative and told me know he is not coming back and to go fuck myself at which point i contacted you and my next step if this cant be resolved is to call my credit card company and cancel the payment at this point the least i will except is a fifty percent refund which would cover his parts and have a competent professional rewire the box correctly
