This report did not include critical problems we have with the house. We have a leak in the den. Now there are termites around the front door. The electrical has switches that do not go to anything as well as outlets that do not work.We had a leak that went from the roof through the walls into the basement. How could they not have noticed that. All they noted was that peeling tape was on ceiling. Shouldn't he have looked a little further. I called to explain how upsetting this was. After barely speaking in a clear manner, he hung up on me. I called today again to tell about the termites -- he told me not to call him again. He was recommend by the real estate broker I used -- horrible, horrible business. We are paying a ton of money to fix mistakes that we should have known about prior to buying the house. They didn't even look at the air conditioning unit -- that was very old and illegally hooked up.

He was great. He was very thorough in the home inspection. He was very easy to work with. He arrived on time. He was detailed and thorough but also realistic in what needed to be renovated or fixed and what wasn't crucial.
