The company is friendly, responsive and professional. They replaced my water heater 4 years ago and I was very happy with their service. Recently the water heater sprung a leak. The first visit for the estimate was 15 maybe 20 minutes which cost $211 just to come over. The follow-up visit to replace the parts lasted around 20 to 30 minutes. This visit was $554, which includes tax. So total cost for the 2 visits was $765. My issue is that I could not apply the $211 towards the repair. On the internet I found the parts, which totaled approximately $100. Using the high end of the time estimate, the labor is close to $800 and hour. I believe the standard is to apply the initial visit cost to the repair. Because they couldn't do this, I was very disappointed, especially since I was a repeat customer.

Perfect.....from the first phone call to the finished job.....excellent. Wish I needed another heater...lol. Definitely recommend them you wont be dissapointed.

Old waterheater died on a Wednesday night. Waterheaters.com was called on Thursday morning. They came and assessed the situation on Thursday afternoon. We were given 2 options, both reasonably priced withinh an hour. By Friday afternoon, new system was up and running. Everyone we dealt with was terrific. Highly recommended.

The responsiveness to my request was prompt. Scott came out to give an estimate and review what the job would be about. same day emailed a quote for the jobs requested. once the job was approved digitally I got in contact with them for a run down on what the job would cost and the deposit that was needed. week later the job was scheduled and it was a two day appointment. the technicians arrived early and were very efficient and professional. they worked for two days to get the homes boiler and tankless system up and running. they cleaned up after themselves and explained the basics of the system and asked me if I had any questions. great experience overall.

These guys are the best! They did several projects for us, first they fixed the boiler but we knew that it needed replacing. They ran a gas line to the outside grill, and when the grill vendor came to deliver/install he actually commented on how well the gas line was done. We also had then come on a different occasion and fix a few toilets. On 10/18/2016 they replaced our boiler. They came on time, brought drop cloths to protect our floors and worked for 13 hours to get it done. After they took all the garbage with them and even vacuumed the floor!!! The boiler looks a lot better than the one that was here, and it works great. The owner Scott is very responsive, and the two guys that came on three separate occasions were always punctual, professional and pleasant. We will definitely use them in the future

The actual work was done by Ed who was professional and knew exactly what to do.   He came on time and was really pleasant.  Our water heater is running well.  We would not hesitate to call them for future service.

John the technician came on time - (10 mins. early) studied & checked out my non-working solar system. Hot water-solar panels on roof. Checked all working parts - found it needed new fluid in system. Charged system - fixed. I used 2 other plumbers before John, and they were clueless.

My basement had flooded from my old hot water heater breaking, called these guys and could not have been happier! Harvey assured me someone would be there the same day.

He kept me aware of the workers status so I was able to go to work and not be sitting around all day. He emailed me a quote so I knew how much it was and even sent me a list of other charges in case something else needed to be fixed so I wouldn't feel taken advantage of.

Eddie got to the house and immediately went to work. He was with us for several hours as our old unit was not the easiest to get rid of lol. He answered all of our questions and didn't leave til we were up and running. He had to return the next day because we needed to have the vent placed higher and again they were in contact as to their timeliness.

Our new water heater is great! I called Eddie to find out how to lower the heat down its so hot. Our 30 year old water heater wasn't nearly as hot as the new one!

All in all they were great!! Everything was clean and we knew what was going on the whole time. I highly recommend them!! Great experience

Service was prompt and professional .

I called the office Late Saturday night and the owner picked up.  The guy called me 20 minutes before he was suppose to be at my home, looked clean, wore booties on his feet, very respectful of my home.  Removed the old water heater and put in a brand new one for exactly what he told me over the phone, no hidden fees or surprises.  He was great he even put a 50$ coupon on my water heater so if the water heater does have an issue after the 10 year warranty is over I will get 50$ off the service for just calling the company that installed it!  Good Company but the Customer Service is the best I have seen in years.  I even got a call a days later to see if everything was working to my expectations.
