SUNSHINE POOLS & SPA SVC

Called Sunshine Pools on tuesday and they scheduled the service for next monday but I told Rose the urgency of the problem and she was very accomodating and schedule me on wednesday afternoon. Jim came by checked the pressure and found the leak on the jets on the step. The repair was completed in 1 hour.

At one time this company was the absolute best. I thought, "Wow, I finally found a reputable company with a high degree of professionalism." But as it is with all pool companies, they're good for the first year or so, and then everything begins to go downhill. Unfortunately Sunshine Pool and Spa is no exception. Starting at the end of last summer, I began to see the quality of their work slip. This year we've been sacked by the company with one huge bill after the next, week after week. There's always a silly excuse for why that is. The last straw was a $350+ bill for a cleanup after Hurricane Irene... and the pool wasn't even in clean condition after the pool guys left. I do not plan on using them again next summer, and based on the outrageous bills I've received thus far, I may decide to end my association with Sunshine Pools before the end of this season.

We usethis company to open and close our pool every year. This year, before they came to close it, we noticed that the water level was dropping very quickly. When Jim came to look, the water level was down about half way. He suspected it was the drain at the bottom of the pool. He forgot his diving gear but he put on a bathing suit and a swim mask, and went into the pool with 60 degree water temp. He found the problem and fixed it.
