5 year old LG Dryer Drum cracked and was making a thumping noise. Called 2 LG customer service reps and 1 Executive Office rep who all informed us there was nothing they could do. Called Sandros Electronics to get a repair estimate. Spoke with Sandros directly who informed me that our dryer drum should still be under warranty because LG issued a service bulletin advising all authorized repair shops of this extended warranty for the drum due to defect! Sandros could not believe that no one from LG informed me of this. Told me to call back the LG Executive office in Alabama and ask about the service bulletin. My wife called back LG and after giving them the model number and explaining the problem, the rep said the drum was still under an extended warranty. Mind you, 3 other LG reps never mentioned this. If it wasn't for the honesty of Sandros, we would have paid out of pocket to replace the Drum ourselves. After getting the authorization, Frank came and replaced the Drum. He was very polite and the replacement went clean and seamless.

They were the service provider for the warranty repair for my television, so there was no charge for the service call. They diagnosed my problem over the phone, then pre-ordered the part so they would only have to come once. Repair was to the wi-fi module in the Smart TV. Took about 10 minutes and the TV works fine now.

I found his name on your list, called for days and hours of service, brought the TV to his shop and picked it up about 4 days later. TV is working fine. They were very courteous and gave a 90 day warranty on the work performed and the part installed. Pretty straightforward. Hope the set performs well for many years to come.

I would give them an A for the overall experience.

Offered to send a technician to my house, but since I needed a rush job, I brought the TV in myself. They diagnosed the problem immediately, ordered the part from LG and had the TV ready to be picked up. Total time = TWO DAYS!!
