7 years ago he put a roof on for us. Within the warranty the roof started leaking. He blamed the makers of the shingles for the leak. They came, we had a tarp on the roof for a full year, and finally GAF said they'd give us the singles and redo the roof. . On May 7 they redid the roof. Immediately we started smelling horrible asphalt . We found out they used something under the shingles called Weather Watch. It's only suppose to be used on vented roofs. He used it on the entire roof, and we have no attic. We called GAF to ask about the weather watch stuff. GAF told us it was carcinogenic. They told us that it would rot the wood that it was applied to. They told us it would also produce mold, mildew and fungus. I want them to remove this roof. He should have never put this on. Roof pro wants us to install sheet rock in the house to stop the smell. He thinks it will stop the smell. We've had 2 contractors tell us it would not stop the smell and the roof would continue to rot. We've had another roofer come out and he told us it has to come off. He gave us an estimate of $7900 to do that work. 
I called the Association of Roofing Contractors and they even told me the roof needs to come off.

Dealt with Mike. He was professional and did not try to up sell me. He did mention a couple of
improvements he said my roof could use. No pressure though when I did not opt for additional work. I did not comment on work quality as will have to wait and see if the replacement shingles stay attached/roof does not leak. Installation looks ok from ground
level. I can recommend Roof Pro.

He did an excellent job at first and seemed like a real nice guy. I had a guarantee on the roof and I called him to come back out in 2012 and scheduled an appointment time to look into some issues. He never showed up or called, he later promised to come back and then stopped taking my calls completely. I called him multiple times and even offered to pay him, even though I had a guarantee.

I called them and they came over the next day as arranged.

l got several bids. This one was in the middle, but the only one that was certified (Elite) by GAF for the lifetime warrantee, which entails an inspection from GAF after the job is done. It was scheduled a few weeks out from the estimate. They called one week before to set the actual day. Came as promised and completed the job. Roof looks beautiful.

I would recommend them.

They were a little expensive and not very responsive to me.

They were very good. They were clean, punctual, prompt and they followed up. They got up on the roof, figured out the problem and gave me a couple different options. A couple of days later they were here. They were up and down in about five hours.

I am extremely pleased with the company. They offered me an excellent price in comparison to other companies. Initially, they put me off rather than scheduling me right away. However, once they stated a beginning date, they arrived on time. If I were to call the office, they would call me right back which I appreciated. I have a history with them as they have assisted me in other roofing jobs.

They are Pros, and they did everything they said they were going to do and then some. And they cleaned up after themselves.

THE WORKERS WERE VERY PROMPT AND HAD THE JOB FINISHED AS PROMISED. THE PRICE WAS COMPETITIVE WITH OTHERS WE GOT. THEY CLEANED UP VERY WELL CONSIDERING IT WAS A BIG MESS.

I HAVE HAD NO FURTHER PROBLEMS WITH MY ROOF LEAKING AFTER HAVING THE REPAIR TO ROOF DONE. I WAS IMPRESSED OF HOW QUICKLY THIS COMPANY SENT SOMEONE OUT TO LOOK AT MY ROOF. THE REPRESENTATIVE COVERED MY ROOF TO PREVENT MORE DAMAGE.

THE WORK WAS GOOD. SO FAR WE DO NOT HAVE ANY LEAKS OR MISSING SHINGLES. IT TOOK ABOUT A WEEK TO HAVE IT COMPLETED AND IT TURNED OUT FABULOUS! MY WIFE SAID IT MAKES OUR HOME LOOK ALMOST NEW.
