Phil cares very deeply that his work is done with excellence. I hired him to do the drawing for a Youth Ministry Center. Phil visited the building site on a regular basis just to make sure it was done right. He was also available to me to answer the question as they came up when getting permits.

The architect, Phil produces high quality work designs, which even my contractor complemented as one of the best he's seen or worked with. The support staff of Frank and Francisca can help anyone maneuver the maize of bureaucracy within the building departments and codes. I have utilized PKAD on a couple of projects and highly recommend them without reservation. They are timely, flexible and patient; and strive to satisfy you as the consumer until successful completion of the project.
