EXCUSES STARTED RIGHT AWAY. Carlos was told that we wanted the kitchen in by Thanksgiving. It wasn't until the week before that he completed the backsplash, though to this day, cabinet doors are missing handles, and there is no grout installed. The basement is incomplete, and Carlos notified me, 1 year later, that he cannot complete the job. The framing and wiring have been run, circuit panel replaced, and insulation is up. The egress window is incomplete, the bathroom has not been started, the drop ceiling has not been installed, no electric fixtures are installed. He said he cannot complete the job, and he will have to go over his numbers to see what he owes us, but his files are in storage, and he cannot get to it until next week. My wife, 6 month old daughter and I are moving to Florida, and I am transferring to a military unit in FL within the next few weeks.
Description of Work: I spoke with Carlos Cruz (an employee or manager at PEK), and arranged for him to remodel my kitchen, and basement (to include replacing the oil burner and install an egress window, and bathroom). First contact was made in August of 2014. I was provided a list of Excuses once they had my money.
