He was recommended by a co worker. He replaced some windows but I have to get someone to do the finishing. I was embarrassed because I should have known better before hiring him. The co worker said that this person is reliable, his pricing is nice and I went with that. He got hurt but didn't tell me if he would come back after he was a little better. He comes in with the low clothes and then he starts asking for money. He removed all the old covers of the windows because he had to work on them but he asked for more money to send his people. He came back after some days and said he had to do a little more work. It's like asking for installment payments and you will not realize because you are a working person and you are not in everyday. He comes out as an honest person. He was working for one of the people in my office who gave him lot of money and when he jumped to my work he didn't finish hers. We both were kind of stuck in there. The quality of the work was suffering because he would come and do things quick and leave. When we pointed out his mistakes he used to get offended. I would want anybody who wishes to give him work to insist him to put his course in writing, offer him to do installment payment based on the percentage of work he does and decide in advance what percentage of money should be paid. I still have to find a good carpenter at least who can come seal and paint my windows. I don't know where he found his painter and I told him he doesn't even explain anything. He always comes to a low price and you realize at the end of the game that if you had gone for a higher bid you probably would have had a better result. I didn't get the service what I guessed and he didn't finish his job so whatever I had paid is a waste. I'm not saying lightly but I think he was hurt and he was taking some medication. Probably he couldn't focus well because of that but he started very well. He is a carpenter and he is able to do quality work. I think he took more than he could chew and therefore he could not really finish the work. He is capable of doing work but the question is whether he's got the time. He was not professional.
