JB Cleaning Services

Awful. I am reviewing Josh B. From Central Islip NY with this exact company name. Expected to be paid first, didn't adequately perform services, took criticism and subsequent firing like an arrogant SOB. Promised "satisfaction guaranteed" and then told me to leave him alone, don't email him, and don't talk to him. Also gave me a severe asthma attack requiring medication I haven't needed in 10 years from not cleaning satisfactorily. No apologies, argued, made excuses, and lied saying he did tasks he didn't do. (I set up ways to check him b/c I didn't like his first job last week) Also denied that other tasks were even requested. I have a witness for this. Lol he said I didn't have a toilet brush, I have 3, one in each bathroom, located in the vanities right where I told him they were! Few examples below. I couldn't get a pic of the glass panels on my coffee table that he cleaned with furniture polish.

Contracted to do a full house cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, Windows and mopping of all floors on 3 levels 2500 sq feet. One guy showed up for 2 hours and in that time he claimed to do all his services. We came and inspected after he left and found that no floors were mopped and hairs on floor in bathroom, chocolate milk still on kitchen floor. Have home security cameras and reviewed to find he brought a mop with no bucket into and out of my house for a total of 3 minutes. Would never use this company again. Called to complain and he offered to return and mop. Sorry should have done the job the first time. Never even dusted the baseboard heaters
