We know how important your home and your project are to you so we take all the necessary steps to control quality, protect your home and make sure you are completely satisfied. To protect your home and ensure your comfort while we are working on your project we have strict job site standards. This includes, but is not limited to, all necessary draping of entrance ways, covering all floors in and around the working area, and daily jobsite clean up. We only hire people we would feel comfortable leaving alone in our own homes. We insure all of our crews have the necessary skills and the right attitude. To ensure maximum comfort and to conserve energy we recommend Energy Star products. To make sure all our jobs meet and exceed your expectations we have a customer quality survey completed after each job is finished. Everyone says they do quality work—we really DO quality work. phases of choosing materials and refining design, he was extremely helpful and
cooperative. He promptly returned calls. He was very patient and worked with us
flexibly on solutions and changes during the construction process.
His team was exceptionally hard-working and friendly. From
the project manager to the workers, we consistently had the right people for
the job(s) at the site. They left the site clean as possible on each day from
beginning to end.
The only set of difficulties surrounded the removal and re-installation
of an electric standby generator. It was clear that their electrician did not
possess clear knowledge on the proper power down/power up procedures.
Ultimately, we called in the original installer to finish the re-installation
and restart process. The job also ran somewhat longer than originally forecast.
Some of this was attributable to some of the more intricate masonry work (Cambridge
Circle kit and irregular retaining wall capping).
As with any construction job, there were a few punch list
items that were outstanding. Desmond and his capable project manager took care
of all of these items promptly, and to my satisfaction.
Overall, I believed I received an excellent value with good quality
with DG. I would not hesitate to work with them again or recommend them to
someone else.
