In 2018 - we had a stamped concrete patio poured, along with my brother in law at his home. From there it went downhill. This companies customer service sucks!! They take your money, do the work and then they NEVER return a phone call. We had cracks appear and for TWO years we called to have it resealed. They NEVER call back. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I was given an estimate over the phone to reseal my stamped concrete patio and pool area in spring of 2018 and was told to call back to schedule because he was running behind because of the weather. I called and left messages with receptionist three weeks in a row and never received a call back so we never had it resealed. Because of good reviews and limited contractors in the area that reseal stamped concrete I tried again. Spring 2019 left message and again no response.

"This person refused to wait for good weather. I am glad that we did not get involved with her we were no her original stamped concrete installer. So glad to not to do business with her."

I had a patio installed late last summer (2015) We loved it but after the winter we called because there were some areas that appeared very lightened like the color had come off and we weren't sure what to do about it. We never used snow melt nor anything else on it. After our first call in late spring, early summer, John called back and said he would stop by when he was in the neighborhood. He never did. I called again at the end of the season and he has never called back from that call.

We absolutely love it. They were very busy so it took a while for them to come out and pour patio after the consultation but we were told about that from the beginning. We originally saw a friends patio and it was beautiful. They did make the patio bigger on all sides. Patio is now 18' x 20' It was a 3 day process. First day they took up old patio and framed and repaired new one and stamped the concrete, the second day they came and stained the concrete to look more like patio blocks, the third day they sealed the patio. It was worth the wait.

A close friend of mine referred me to Concrete Impressions to replace the slab of my house which was damaged by SuperStorm Sandy. My friend had used Concrete Impressions on projects at his business and homes, and was completely satisfied with their service.
I contacted Concrete Impressions and set up an appointment to meet with John, the owner.

John arrived promptly at the appointed time and then began to explore the various possibilities of what might have caused the crack, and the method he proposed to replace the slab with a new, more durable one.He took the time to explain to me the method and materials he would use.
I was very impressed that while dressed in casual clothes, John took a sledge hammer and broke out a piece of the slab to explore the footing. He took time to explain to me the various possibilities of what might be found when the slab was removed, and how the replacement would be handled.
Knowing that there was bound to be plumbing damage because the pipes were buried directly under the slab, I asked if it would be a problem if he could remove the slab on one day, then return when the plumbing repairs were made. He readily agreed to do this.
On the appointed day John arrived with a crew and set directly to work. With minimum fuss he had the slab removed and loaded on his truck.
Plumbing repairs were made, and several days later John returned with his crew, and poured a new slab, His crew was polite, and showed much concern to create as little mess as possible.
All in all, this was a VERY professional company to deal with. These folks not only have the knowledge to effect a job such as this but also the experience. I highly recommend them.

1 - These guys work like animals. They had the entire area (except one path) dug, leveled, formed, and ready to pour in about an hour.
2 - When we had issues John - the boss on the ground - came to get me. His goal is a strong and level job. So when he pointed out my offlevel fence he stopped, talked to me, suggested a fix, and then had his guys raise a 200lb cement filled post about half a foot.
3 - Whenever I had a question it was answered. Whatever I asked for I got.
4 - The quality of the job is hard to judge until you see crappy work. After I went to the decking store on the corner of 24 and 110 and saw awhat a comedic mess stamped concrete could be, I became double impressed. Go see their stuff and then go elsewhere. Heck, come see my house.
5 - John was ALWAYS there. He may arrive ten minutes behind the guys, but the boss is there all the time to ensure quality control.
6 - When I didnt like the edging color, it was promptly fixed. This is impressive not for the fixing, but for the fact that I was told to hold the final deposit until I was satisfied. Ive been in home improvements for near a decade and I never heard that before.
My ONLY complaint was communication. I had to initially call to get dates and times of the work. This lasted only for a few days, though, and I was talking personally with John by the end.

The owner asked for a deposit that I gave him. He started working and he did such a poor job on the tiles that I had to question him. He just left and he never came back. He has not returned my money yet. He never showed up on time and he never called me to inform that he would not be coming. He did not return my phone calls and I realized that he would not be working for me. I have contacted attorneys about this who informed that this person had a very bad reputation. I hired another company who damaged my pool by dropping a hammer and I ended up paying a lot. It was a very bad experience.

After a bad experience with another contractor, we called Concrete Impression and they were wonderful. They disposed of the broken up concrete for us at no extra charge and the concrete they poured is smooth and perfect for the kids to skate on. The textured portion is lovely as well. I recommend these dependable, knowledgeable concrete contractors.

The Concrete Impression's personnel were simply amazing. They were polite and I hardly knew they were around. The speed at which they worked was unbelievable and the results are gorgeous and the stamped patterning is perfect. I would highly recommend them, in all aspects, to others in the area.
