I will never shop there again for anything. I'm awaiting a complete refund. Take your business's elsewhere. Now I know why Best Buy is in trouble and may not be around for too long. They've earned it!
Description of Work: Best Buy verified with two representatives on Sept. 23 that the delivery and installation would occur on Sept. 26. Driver arrives early, which Inthought was great, only to be told he was here to deliver, not install. Mind you, I got an email and automated phone call verifying that both services were to be performed today. Apparently, this happens frequently so the delivery man, the only one who acted professionally at Best Buy, so he called the company. A woman informed me that the install date was Sept. 29, which was news to me. When I asked for an explanation, she was curt and when I requested to speak to a supervisor, she refused, citing supervisor was "in a meeting." I then contact Customer (Dis)Service at Best Buy and my call was answered by the rudest of reps, Linda. Not only was she unhelpful, rude, and discourteous, she made the situation escalate. When I asked for a full refund, she declined, citing that I had to call the dispatcher, who I just spoke to. She couldn't guarantee that this person could help, so fearing the run around, I asked to speak to Linda's supervisor. Linda hung up on me, I have filed a complaint with the CT Attorney General for Best Buy's abusive service.

They had three options, I could pick it up or it could be delivered and I can't remember the other option. I picked it up at the store. It was kind of tricky doing it online and sometimes you have to call and get a little help. The customer service is good.
